Free or Affordable Lodging Options for Leukemia Patients and Families

Below is an alphabetized list of major cancer centers in the U.S. and their associated free or low-cost lodging options for patients and families.

Note on Referrals: For almost every option below, you cannot apply directly. You must ask your hospital social worker or nurse navigator to submit a referral for you.

🧸Options shown with a teddy bear icon are generally for pediatric patients. Many of these allow lodging for patients up to 21 years old and their families, but may give priority to younger patients. 

The American Cancer Society’s Hope Lodges provide free lodging for leukemia patients near many major U.S. cancer hospitals.
